How do I close or deactivate my account?

To deactivate your account, contact our support team via email or live chat. We will process your closure immediately and notify the acquirer. 

Once closed, all transaction accepting ability will be ceased and any settlement balance or rolling reserve will be returned as soon as possible. In some cases it can take up to 180 days for rolling reserve to be returned due to the ongoing possibility of refunds/chargebacks.
